plastic color can be adjusted according to customers' requirements.The normal color is black, pink and blue. Plastic hardness according to the intemational standard is divided into 25 degrees, 30 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, all fiter paper imported from the United States.
Fitting precision: 5um, filtration efficiency: 99.8%.
Iron cover air filter:
Filter paper with different precision is selected according to different products to meet the needs of different types. We can produce
the special stnucture of single pass, double pass, straight neck and non-standard according to the requirements of different customers.
Under the premise of good environment, the service life is about 2500 hours.
Cellular air filter element:
The honeycomb air filter produced by our company are all use the United States HV filter paper, South Korea Oslong composite snowflake paper and imported nano fiter paper.
Filtration efficiency: filtering 1-3 um partical can achieve 97%
All the frames are all made of PA6 resin as the base material, and 40% imparted raw material particles are added into one injection molding.
On the premise of good working conditions, the service life can reach the level of same kind imported products.
